Ron Flores, Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Supervisor,  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from OLLU, a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from OLLU and a Masters Degree in Social Work from UTSA.  He also has several years working in the non profit arena as well as individuals in crisis situations, psychiatric care, emergency shelters, acute care, residential treatment, foster care and clinical work. Ron also holds a Trauma Focused CBT certification.  His focus is on managing all the Mental Health Services within the district and providing clinical supervision to the district’s Social Workers.  Ron also runs his own Private Practice, Growth and Resilience, PLLC.

My name is Chelsee Gabrysch and I am a district Social Worker for South San Antonio ISD. I have spent the last five years fostering a culture of wellness, resilience, and emotional growth with our students. I am currently based at South San High School and have had the privilege to support the students as they navigate their mental health challenges and learn practical tools and coping mechanisms needed to navigate their emotions in an effective, healthy manner. I am a licensed social worker and am currently working on getting my clinical license.
