Ron Flores, Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Supervisor,  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from OLLU, a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from OLLU and a Masters Degree in Social Work from UTSA.  He also has several years working in the non profit arena as well as individuals in crisis situations, psychiatric care, emergency shelters, acute care, residential treatment, foster care and clinical work. Ron also holds a Trauma Focused CBT certification.  His focus is on managing all the Mental Health Services within the district and providing clinical supervision to the district’s Social Workers.  Ron also runs his own Private Practice, Growth and Resilience, PLLC.

Hello South San students and families!

My name is Randi Alcarez, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker.  My role focuses on providing therapeutic support and using evidence-based interventions to manage mental health related symptoms, adjusting to life changes, navigating interpersonal relationships, and more. Each year, I look forward to working with students and their families to support academic success. 

Some of my previous experience includes community mental health, working with unhoused individuals, and working in inpatient mental health. I earned my master’s degree from Ohio State University in social work with a concentration in child/youth service
